With nearly two decades of executive search experience, Joan has partnered with CEOs and senior leadership teams across multinational corporations, privately owned businesses and high-growth organisations throughout Asia Pacific and international markets on business-critical leadership appointments.
She has successfully delivered complex cross-border search mandates across a broad range of industries and functional disciplines, and is known for her consultative approach and ability to build long-term client partnerships.
Joan began her career with leading global search firms, where she built a distinguished track record of delivering senior leadership appointments and developing strategic client relationships. She subsequently led the Southeast Asia business of a prominent European executive search firm before founding Coleman & Fort, an executive search boutique, and later co-founding Willet Partners.
Today, Joan leads Willet Partners' strategic direction and growth while remaining actively involved in executive search mandates across Asia Pacific.

Having worked in the search industry since the early 2000s, Conny specialises in Executive Search for startups and growing ventures, as well as enterprises undergoing digital transformation. She has adeptly sourced leadership talent and assembled teams across diverse markets, including China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Middle East.
With an innate understanding of the depth and diversity of cultures in Asia, Conny serves as an expert partner for companies aiming for innovation and growth in the region. Fluent in both English and Chinese/Cantonese, she effectively bridges linguistic and cultural gaps.
Prior to her Executive Search career, Conny specialised in selling Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions. Having graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Conny has a profound enthusiasm for technology as she actively observes and embraces its integration into everyday life.
